The Principal of Impact Career Solutions is Lois Hewitt.  Lois has recreated her career on a number of occasions, originally starting in Pharmaceutical Marketing, moving on to Education, Broadcast Enterprises, Shopping Centre Management, and finally to Career Counselling, Coaching and Speaking.  Lois works for DBM as an Outplacement Consultant and runs limited private practice sessions whilst marketing and delivering her powerful change workshops.
